Advantages:
Recruitment of Microfranchisee (PBSA):

Recruitment of Micro-franchisee (PBSA) is to be done by two sets of functionaries: (I) Authorised Recruitment & Training Partners (ARTP)   (II) Active Professional Business Service Associate (PBSA) The laid down procedure for Micro-franchisee recruitment is as follows:

By ARTP:

  1. The ARTP will solicit potential Micro-franchisee (PBSA) through any legal medium like classified advertisement, print or electronic medium & opportunity meetings.
  2. The ARTP will explain the business model of Chartergain.com and highlight the advantages of the micro-franchise system in order to help aspiring applicant to decide upon taking up the micro-franchise from CMS.
  3. The ARTP shall provide the prescribed application format to the applicant PBSA and advise the applicant to deposit the requisite Micro-franchise fee in to the Bank account of Chartergain Management Services. After depositing the fee by the applicant the ARTP shall mail the date, details of purpose of payment along with name, address and Mobile phone no of the applicant to: acpay@chartergain.com. The applicant should retain the bank money deposit receipt in his safe custody for future reference in case of any mismatch with the bank statement.
  4. The ARTP shall train up the prospective PBSA on how to operate his micro-franchise as a PBSA including general sales skills.
  5. The ARTP shall endorse the application of an applicant with a forwarding note through email to Chartergain Management Services.
  6. The ARTP shall also intimate the Micro-franchise department of Chartergain Management Services by E-mail about the brief details including payment particulars.
 

By active PBSA s:

  1. All active PBSAs are authorised to sponsor new PBSAs as a part of their Micro-franchise activity.
  2. Sponsor PBSA s shall explain the business model of CMS Micro-franchise & supply the applicants with the prescribed form and other details of how to apply for the micro- franchise scheme.
  3. They should mail the date, details of purpose of payment, complete name & address along with the mobile number ofthe applicant to: acpay@chartergain.com
 
Eligibility to become a Micro-franchisee:
  1. Willingness to take up the full fledged career of a PBSA.
  2. Sound interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Net savvy.

How to apply:

  1. Read the terms and conditions for Micro-franchise.
  2. Duly fill up the application form supplied to you by the ARTP or Sponsoring PBSA.
by depositing an amount of Rs.2500/- into the STATE BANK OF INDIA Account no 31026649706 of Chartergain Management Services and mail the date, details of purpose of payment, complete name & address along with mobile number to: acpay@chartergain.com The applicant should retain the bank money deposit receipt in his safe custody for future reference in case of any mismatch with the bank statement.
 

Micro-franchisee Certificate:

Once the application for Micro-franchise is accepted a Micro-franchisee Licence will be issued and sent to the applicant and his details listed in the website as a PBSA.

 

Validity of a Micro-franchisee:

  1. The validity of a Micro-franchise is one year from the date of grant of MF licence.
  2. If a PBSA succeeds in procuring at least two (2) PMP membership (any category) & sponsor at least two (2) new PBSA   a free renewal will be awarded for another one year..
  3. In case a PBSA fails to meet the above specified target the normal procedure for fresh application will have to be followed.
 

TERMS OF OPERATION FOR PBSAs:

  1. A PBSA will operate as per the following rules as a Micro-franchisee of Chartergain Management Services:
    1. Solicit and introduce interested professionals to the paid membership programme of http://www.chartergain.com.
    2. Sponsor new PBSA s to take up micro-franchise of CMS.
    3. Procure advertisement for the website.
    4. Sale products & services on behalf of CMS.

  2. A PBSA must explain the business and working model of the CMS micro-franchise in its true terms before introducing a professional as a paid member or PMP.
  3. The PBSA shall not use the PBSAs Micro-franchisee certificate for any purpose other than the bona fide role of a PBSA of Chartergain Management Services.
  4. All PBSAs must keep themselves accessible by others through every possible means of communication at all times.
  5. PBSAs will be compensated for their volume of business with commissions on every product or service sold for CMS.
  6. The process of soliciting for membership, consent by a prospective professional to apply and completion of application formalities is entirely an exercise between the applicant and the PBSA.  Up to this stage Chartergain Management Services will not bear any responsibility of the applicant and his application.  Only after the completed application form and the requisite membership fees are received by, Chartergain Management Services will assume responsibility of offering the membership services to the new member.
  7. Membership fee should be deposited by applicants themselves in to CMS bank account. A mail from the introducing PBSA with the payment details will suffice the introduction or sale.
  8. Details about commission payable to ARTP & PBSAs will be intimated personally.
  9. A PBSA may enter into any contract or agreement with a PMP for purposes beneficial to both them but this will not in any way implicate Chartergain Management Services into such contracts.
  10. Chartergain Management Services reserves the right to cancel the Micro-franchise of a PBSA in the event of any business misconduct without any prior notice to the PBSA.
  11. Chartergain Management Services bears no responsibility for any cash accepted by an ARTP or PBSA for the purpose of providing membership or micro-franchise to anybody. The acceptor ARTP/PBSA shall issue their own cash receipt & bear absolute responsibility as well as liability towards to payer.
