  • Membership packages can also be bought directly by any professional (without the PBSA services) by paying the net tariff amount by depositing it into the STATE BANK OF INDIA Account no 31026649706 of Chartergain Management Services and mail the date, details of purpose of payment, complete name & address along with their mobile number to: acpay@chartergain.com .The applicant should retain the bank money deposit receipt in his safe custody for future reference in case of any mismatch with the bank statement.

    NOTE*:
    (1) Chartergain Management Services (CMS) reserves the right to edit any of the information provided by an applicant in order to rectify grammatical errors and to suit typing space limitations.
    (2) All registered members are advised to keep their user ID and Passwords in safe custody. Chartergain Management Services shall not be responsible for their safe keeping.
    (3) The applicant may mail his detailed updated resume to myresume@chartergain.com and mark the packages he wants to subscribe.
    (4) The user ID and password will be sent to the personal email account of the applicant and the same should be kept safely for using in log- in and profile editing purposes.
    (5) The subscriber should ask for the application form by email to: support@chartergain.com
    (6) The Membership application form should be complete in all respects or else CMS reserves the right to reject them. If the subscriber fails to fulfill any specification then the concerned facility will remain curtailed.
    (7)Chartergain Management Services reserves the right to accept, reject & terminate the membership of a PMP without assigning any reason& prior notice.
    (8)If any applicant has registered online before sending the Membership application form, then the ID number should be quoted correctly or else a new registration will be done ignoring any previous registration.
     
    Details
    Premium Member Professional (PMP) General:
    • Client Response Pad:  A specially designed online client response format is provided in the Display Box which receives proposals with all relevant details and forwards it to the PMP’s designated mailbox.
    • A Prominent priority, differentiating Display Box:  All PMPs are entitled for a specially designed coloured, highlighted Display box, sufficiently spacious to accommodate all relevant information about the PMP and distinctively display them if selected by the search process after a search run.
    • Client’s requirement referral service: The PMPs are only entitled to the Client’s requirement referral service. All requirement placements received online through the medium of the specially designed Requirement box positioned in the Home page of the website will be processed and referred to the PMPs who match the criteria points of the requirement placed. After receiving a requirement referral the PMPs may act upon it and communicate with the potential clients who have placed the requirement, for negotiation.
    •  Periodic Marketing with Business E- Cards: CMS will undertake random & targeted marketing of Business E-cards of the PMP on a monthly basis.
    • Provision for outsourcing of service¬: The PMP’s professional services may be outsourced by CMS for specialized customized services if the need arises. In such cases the fee payment will be made by the website’s management to the concerned PMP.
    • Provision for representation by a PBSA in the Display Box: In case a PMP desires not to display his name and contact details in the Display box, the name and contact details of the PBSA can be allowed to be put up for display subject to proper authorization and approval of the concerned PBSA.
    • Float a Tender: The PMP can float a tender for a certain service/commodity/Business collaboration etc which he requires. The tender details will be listed in the ‘Box’ captioned “opportunity” of the website to invite bids & offers.
    • Edit your profile: The PMP can edit his personal profile as when the need arises by using his own login ID & password.
    • Priority in display over Freely Registered Professional: The PMPs of this category have the privilege of getting priority in display over Freely Registered Professionals during a search run.
    • Validity of Membership: The validity schedule of members in this category is programmed for a full one (1) year from the date of activation of the member’s profile account in the website.   
    Premium Member Professional (PMP) Gold:
    • Client Response Pad:  A specially designed online client response format is provided in the Display Box which receives proposals with all relevant details and forwards it to the PMP’s designated mailbox.
    • A Prominent priority, differentiating Display Box:  All PMPs are entitled for a specially designed colored, highlighted Display box, sufficiently spacious to accommodate all relevant information about the PMP and distinctively display them if selected by the search process after a search run.
    • Client’s requirement referral service: The PMPs are only entitled to the Client’s requirement referral service.     • Website’s ‘Stamp of Testimony’ in display box: Website’s ‘Stamp of Testimony’ is an optional facility whereby a PMP can get the ‘Stamp of Testimony’ logo displayed in the display box. To avail this Stamp the PMP must fulfill the following condition in the membership application form: (a) Words of appreciation from at least 2 (Two) past clients along with their Name, Contact address and contact Telephone/ cell phone Numbers.
    • Website’s ‘Seal of Verification’ in display box:  Website’s ‘Seal of Verification’ is an optional facility whereby a PMP can get the Seal of Verification logo displayed in the display box. To avail this seal the PMP must fulfill the following conditions in the membership application form: (a) Statement of personal verification by the PBSA who has introduced the member to this membership. (b) Self attested copies of any one of the following the documents – Photo Identity card, Telephone / Cell phone bill (within last two months), any other Government or semi government document, certifying the identity and address proof of the applicant. In the absence of these documents a certificate from a qualified legal practitioner certifying the identity, address and contact numbers of the applicant will be required to be submitted along with the membership form. A soft copy of the same will also suffice.
    • Personal logo in display box:  Members under this membership package have the privilege to upload a personal logo in their display profile of their own choice and design
    • Validity of Membership:  The validity schedule of members in this category is programmed for a full one (1) year from the date of activation of the member’s profile account in the website.
    • Float a Tender: The PMP can float a tender for a certain service/commodity/Business collaboration etc which he requires. The tender details will be listed in the ‘Opportunity Box’ of the website to invite bids & offers.
    • Edit your Profile:  The PMP can edit his personal profile as when the need arises by using his own login ID & password
    • Bulk E-mail Campaigns: CMS will undertake bulk email campaigns in four quarters of a year to the target segment of clients. The mailing list will be prepared by CMS marketing department. The PMP has also the option to provide his own list & contents for bulk emailing.

    • A Prominent priority, differentiating Display Box:  All PMPs are entitled for a specially designed colored, highlighted display box, sufficiently spacious to accommodate all relevant information about the PMP and distinctively displayed if selected by the search process after a search run.
    • Client’s Requirement referral service: The PMPs are only entitled to the Client’s Requirement reference service. All requirement placement received online through the medium of the specially designed Requirement box positioned in the Home page of the website will be processed and referred to the PMPs who match the criteria points of the requirement placed. After receiving a requirement reference the PMPs may act upon it and communicate with the potential clients who have placed the requirement for negotiation.
    • Periodic Marketing of Business E-Cards: CMS will undertake on every month random & targeted marketing of Retainership cards of the PMP in order to invite retainership contracts with prospective clients. The mail list will be prepared by CMS marketing Deptt.The PMPs have also the option to suggest their own mailing list & content for the campaign.
    • Provision for outsourcing of service ¬: The PMP’s professional services may be outsourced CMS for specialized customized services if the need arises. In such cases the fee payment will be made by CMS to the concerned PMP.
    • Provision for representation by a PBSA in the Display Box : In case  a PMP desires not to display his name and contact details in the display box the name and contact details of the PBSA can be allowed to be put up for display, subject to proper authorization and approval of the concerned PBSA.
    • Float a Tender: The PMP can float a tender for a certain service/commodity/Business collaboration etc which he requires. The tender details will be listed in the ‘Opportunity Box’ of the website to invite bids & offers

    • Bulk Email campaigns: CMS will undertake bulk email campaigns in four quarters of a year to the target segment of clients. The mailing list will be prepared by CMS marketing department. The PMP has also the option to provide his own list & content for bulk emailing.
    • Edit your profile: The PMP can edit his personal profile as when the need arises by using his own login ID & password.
    • Customized SMS Campaign:  CMS will undertake SMS campaign to market the services of the PMP to target market segments of clients. The PMP may also provide the list of phone numbers for the SMS campaign.
    • Integrated Customer Feedback Management (ICFM):   CMS will undertake Integrated Customer Feedback Management for Clients of every PMP (PB). It will undertake utilization of E-Tools to seek client feedback, process them and forward to the concerned PMP (PB).

    • *The provision for this type of outsourcing is not a guaranteed service. This is a provisional service, offered only and if such a need arises.
    • Website’s ‘Seal of Verification’ are branding instruments and therefore should not be deemed fit for any legal evidential value or litigation purpose. This Seal will not be displayed if the prerequisites mentioned above are not properly met with by the subscriber.
    • Website’s ‘Stamp of Testimony’ and Chartergain.com’s are branding instruments and therefore should not be deemed fit for any legal evidential value or litigation purpose. This Seal will not be displayed if the prerequisites mentioned above are not properly met with by the subscriber.
    • The display of a PMP’s profile details is a programmed process and depends upon the search procedure Chartergain.com and its management can not be held responsible for any technical failure in this regard.
    • Chartergain Management Services shall not be responsible for any disruption in the online services of the website as a result of any technical fault.
    • Chartergain Management Services can not be held responsible for the quality, pricing and delivery of professional services by all categories of professionals and PBSAs registered with it.
    • Chartergain Management Services can not be held responsible for any illegal or antinational activities committed by professionals, PMP’s and PBSAs registered with it by using the membership documents & certificates provided to them by Chartergain Management Services.
    • No refund of membership fee will be made once a membership has been accepted and registered.
    • Chartergain Management Services shall not be responsible for any objectionable and false information uploaded into a PMP’s Display box on the basis of the membership form or edited by the PMP himself using the login facility.
    • All freely Registered professionals are deemed as only registered professionals with the website and therefore Chartergain Management Services can not be held responsible for the information put up by them in their display profile and any illegality committed by them.
    • Membership is normally allowed to the professionals who belong to the professions listed in the data base of the website. However professions other than them can also be allowed subject to prior approval. Chartergain Management Services reserves the right to decide upon allowing and disallowing registration and membership of any professional from any profession.
    • All editing done by registered members in their personal profile using the log-in facility should not lead to inclusion of any incriminating information contrary to the business model & policy of Chartergain.com as well as must not violate any moral values affecting humanity. Such contents should not also contravene any legal provision of the Republic of India.
    • Nobody will be allowed to use the services of the website to carry out a tirade against any institution, organization or nation. The management reserves the right to intervene appropriately in such cases.
    • Chartergain Management Services shall not for responsible of any personal business dealings by Freely Registered Professionals, PMPs & PBSAs with anybody using the Chartergain.com brand.
    • In case of Business E-cards, CMS marketing department will prepare the design template & mailing list. The card will contain the basic details of the PMP.The PMP has also the option to provide his own mailing list. The mailing limit is limited to 1000 mailings spread over a year. The time & sequence of mailing will be decided by the CMS marketing department.
    • In case of Bulk Email campaigns the contents of the mails may be provide by the PMP, in absence of that CMS will include excerpts from the PMP’s Profile supported by suitable marketing contents coined by it. The mailing limit will be limited to 1000 mails only.
    • In case of customized SMS campaigns the PMP may provide contents within 100 characters, in the absence of which CMS will coin the marketing content. The SMS campaigns will be limited to total of 1000 SMS only. The PMP may provide his own list of Cell numbers for SMS otherwise CMS will decide upon the SMS list. The time & sequence of the SMS campaign will be decide by CMS.
    • Nobody is authorized to collect any cash on behalf of Chartergain Management Services.
    • Chartergain Management Services reserves the right to change its membership policy, terms & conditions, tariffs without any prior notice & without assigning any reason.
    • The subscriber must be open to resolve any dispute through a mutually agreed arbitrator based at New Delhi, India.
